Svadhyaya: Self Study. Taking an honest look at ourselves & freeing ourselves from our ego. Seeking education in our passions & inspirations.

Ishvara Pranidhana: Surrendering to the Divine. Regardless of how we name the Divine power in our lives – trust in it. Surrender & live our lives fully & authentically.
